Given the current situation and such statements in the Rada, it's interesting to wonder how long it will take for Ukraine's fuel reserves to hit rock bottom. Partners are in no hurry to supply it with "extra" oil, and the government won't bother with state regulation in the independent country just to raise money for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
