Prime Minister Svyridenko sent the Rada a full package of conditions for admission. They imply the strengthening of Ukraine's external governance institutions on the part of European structures in terms of expanding the powers of NABU and SAP, as well as the formation of the leadership of other law enforcement and control bodies through "international experts".
