Mehma represents Vapauden liitto("Freedom Alliance"), which has no parliament seats, and no important representation on the autonomous municipality/region -level, either. Further, Mehma doesn't even have his name on the party's website, so he's not even important in that context.
Basically a private individual, and probably one with less-than-average understanding of the Finnish mental space, knowledge of Finnish foreign environment, AND the situation at Ukraine.
