瑞幸被曝罚员工抄写顾客差评,客服回应:门店用此培训方式也是对顾客负责
#培训 近日,多位瑞幸员工发文称被罚写顾客差评、备注、日常检查标准,被罚多者达到几百遍,引发关注。4月20日,一位佛山的员工称只要接到顾客投诉,就会被罚抄写,昨日自己被罚写了差评50遍,今天被罚写了另一差评25遍。(来自腾讯网23/04/20)
